Struggling to cope with an addiction or habit?Referral-Button2

Don’t know where to turn?

Try our service

At YPAC we offer counselling to young people aged 12-24 who need a confidential space to explore any issues around addiction, their own, or someone else’s (e.g. parents, siblings, or a friend). Sometimes family or friends behaviour can cause concern or upset and it may be helpful to be able to talk this through in a confidential setting. If you work with young people and feel that you would like to refer a young person to our service then please click here. It may be you do not feel you have an addiction but that you just have a habit that is causing you a problem in your life.  If that is the case then we can work with you to look at your habit and make the changes you want. At YPAC we have worked with a variey of addictions, here are some we have come across:

Alcohol, Self-Harm, Drugs, Gambling, Gaming, Exercise, Facebook, Smoking, Mobile Phones and more…
